Cancellation of Non - Personalised orders:

For all non-customized orders, we have a cancellation policy that allows cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations can be approved as long as the box has not been dispatched.

However, cancellation after dispatch incurs the shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be applicable.

Cancellation of Personalised orders:

Once an order for personalised products is placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

Cancellation of International orders:

Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. 


Exchange requests will be considered solely for products that are received by the customer in a damaged or incorrect condition. 

The buyer or recipient must notify us of any damaged or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the goods. For customers claiming missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. The customer is required to share the complete video with us via email at info@confettigifts.in

In addition to the above, please be aware of the following non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., menstrual cup)

  • Personalised or customised products

In certain situations, partial refunds may be provided, contingent upon the circumstances. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.


Refund for the Non - Personalised orders:

Customers have the option to receive a refund in the original payment source or in the Confetti wallet.

Refunds processed to the original payment source will be subject to a 5% of transactional & cancellation fee. Refunds to the original payment source will reflect in the customer's account within 3 to 5 working days from the processing date.

Customers choosing to receive a refund in the Confetti wallet will be eligible for a 100% refund. Refunds in the Confetti wallet will reflect within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation request.

All refunds will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours from the time of the cancellation request.

Refund for the Personalised orders: 

Upon cancellation, the cost of the personalised product will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance (excluding the personalised product cost and the 5% cancellation fee) will be refunded to the customer. 

In case of cancellation post order dispatch, the personalised product cost + shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Refund for the damage and missing product:

Once the photos/videos are received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the verification of the damaged product. Furthermore, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed from our end within 24 to 48 hours, and it will be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 5 working days.


Our shipping timelines are-

1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2 - 4 working days.

2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5 - 9 working days.

3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there might be a delay of a few days in the shipment process. Kindly allow for additional transit days for the delivery of your order. If there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email or telephone.

Potential Delays for personalised orders:

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalised items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be duly informed of any such delays.

Non-Refundable Logistics Delay:

Confetti is not liable for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.


Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.. This communication will include your tracking number(s) for reference. Please note that the tracking number(s) provided will become active within a period of 24 hours.


Confetti Gifts holds no responsibility for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
