Extremely poor quality and very unprofessional company

I purchased a gift card from this website. It seemed fine but it came in contact with water and the card puffed, wiping away the entire image and the write up too. I complained to them asking for a replacement or a refund, to which they said it is clearly mentioned on the product that it shouldn’t come in contact with liquids. I sent them screenshots of their own website which didn’t have this mentioned anywhere. Then they said it’s mentioned on the box. To which I said that such details should be mentioned before purchasing products. Then they said they will mentioned it soon on the website but they claim the box has it mentioned and said they cannot give a refund or a replacement. I am attaching my chats with Confetti and also the website screenshots that do not mention this.

As a consumer, it is my right to know the details before I purchase any product. Not after.

Not as expected

I was expecting better quality the the photo I provided was cropped weirdly and it was not placed properly on card I orderd it for my sister and I just don’t like the quality at all the photo is not even in the middle

Made my occasion memorable

It's such a nice and thoughtful gift and the packaging is super classy.

Lovely product and excellent packaging. Made my occasion memorable.

Absolutely loved this metal wallet card! The confetti added a perfect touch. Great quality and fast delivery — highly recommend!” Thank you so much!!

Horrible Quality

Please don't buy. It is of very cheap quality. The photo gets worn out within a few days. No help or response from them either. Waste of money.

Loved it

The quality is good and I can keep this with forever it makes me happy@confetti team thanks for this beautiful product!!

Loved the quality and packaging of this wallet card
Highly recommended

Very bad quality

I had ordered the product on 18.june 24 and received it on 28.june 24 after much follow up.
The card lacks basic quality. There are scratches all over metallic plate. It’s not worth gifting your loved ones

Excellent Product!

Really loved the wallet card. The quality packaging and delivery everything was just perfect. Would be recommending to my friends and family.

Loved it 🥰

I gifted my husband on his b’day . He really loved it. The quality is super amazing . Definitely must buy.

Excellent Product

The wallet card arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I'm thrilled with the quality and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. “Highly Recommend” !

I came nicely but I didn't like the quality of the metal card

Really liked the product overall. The premium magnetic-flap box was good, although I expected the finish to be a little more premium.

Overall good. The fits in a wallet was a nice detail, though I would make the presentation a little more polished.

Happy with the overall finish. The fits in a wallet makes the product feel well thought out.

Really liked the concept. The photo and message personalisation adds a nice personalised/occasion-specific touch.

Good product for the occasion. The fits in a wallet was useful/attractive, but there is some room to improve the final finish.

Would happily choose this again. The photo and message personalisation was a great detail.

Such a cute gifting option. The fits in a wallet is what made this stand out for me.

Overall a good experience. The photo and message personalisation is a nice touch, but I expected a slightly stronger premium feel.

Pretty good purchase. The premium magnetic-flap box adds value, although I think the packaging could be improved.

Really happy with how this turned out. The fits in a wallet gives it a very personal feel.
