Extremely poor quality and very unprofessional company

I purchased a gift card from this website. It seemed fine but it came in contact with water and the card puffed, wiping away the entire image and the write up too. I complained to them asking for a replacement or a refund, to which they said it is clearly mentioned on the product that it shouldn’t come in contact with liquids. I sent them screenshots of their own website which didn’t have this mentioned anywhere. Then they said it’s mentioned on the box. To which I said that such details should be mentioned before purchasing products. Then they said they will mentioned it soon on the website but they claim the box has it mentioned and said they cannot give a refund or a replacement. I am attaching my chats with Confetti and also the website screenshots that do not mention this.

As a consumer, it is my right to know the details before I purchase any product. Not after.

I was expecting better quality the the photo I provided was cropped weirdly and it was not placed properly on card I orderd it for my sister and I just don’t like the quality at all the photo is not even in the middle

Very bad quality

I had ordered the product on 18.june 24 and received it on 28.june 24 after much follow up.
The card lacks basic quality. There are scratches all over metallic plate. It’s not worth gifting your loved ones
