How can I customise my gift box?

I need an order urgently, in a day or two. Is delivery possible?
Currently we have one day delivery only in Jaipur.
1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days.
2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5-9 working days.
3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days.
All days except Sundays and national holidays are considered as working days.

How long will you take to deliver my order?
Our Shipping Timelines are-
1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days
2. Standard shipping PAN India: 5-9 working days
3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the festivities, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case that happens, the same will be communicated via mail or WhatsApp.

On the website, you can go ‘Shop’, where you will find all the products including pre-curated boxes and Uncommon goods.
You can also select individual products in the Style Your Own box section.

When will I get my refund amount?
It takes 2-3 days to refund the amount. And 4-8 to showcase in your account.
However, refunds are only for the product that falls under the refund policy.Also, we do not provide cancellation.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, each product page has an ‘Bundle Note’ text box. Please add your message there.

Do you provide any discounts to regular customers?
As of now, we are not doing it. For the future, we are surely planning to. So be ready for it.
Do you provide specific date delivery?
As we have a third party shipping company, shipping dates are not in our hands. So we do not provide specific date delivery.
How do you accept payments?
You can make the payment through bank transfer or through Credit cards/ Debit cards/ Net banking and major digital wallets. We also have the option of Cash On Delivery (COD).
Do you offer a replacement if needed?
We do offer you a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee on defective or wrong items delivered. All we would need is pictures of the damaged product/s.
