Once an order for personalized products is placed and involves any form of customization, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

Potential Delays:

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalized items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be duly informed of any such delays.

Partial Refund for Non-Informed Delays:

If a delay occurs due to factors not communicated to the customer in advance, a partial refund may be issued upon request. This refund will be proportional to the extent of the delay and its impact on the original delivery schedule. Customers will be notified about delays through Email, Phone Call, Message, Website, or Instagram.

Non-Refundable Logistics Delay:

Confetti is not liable for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.

Refund:

Upon cancellation, the cost of the personalized product will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance (excluding the personalized product cost and the 2% cancellation fee) will be refunded to the customer. If any order is cancelled after dispatched the shipping cost + RTO cost + 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value.
